Issue:

Unblock/Whitelist Domain "qrcodes.pro"

Hello,

We have been receiving multiple reports from Vodafone users accessing my company's website. The domain "qrcodes.pro" has been flagged as a phishing/malware site in your security solution. Unfortunately, this is causing a significant problem for our users, as they're unable to access the domain through various network providers.

These entities heavily rely on our service for their business needs, and each day, millions of people trust our QR codes for their scanning needs. We kindly request your assistance in whitelisting the blocked domain, qrcodes.pro, on your tool. The impact of this block is quite significant due to the large number of affected users. Given the widespread effects on our users, we would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize this request. Thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter.

Hi @Joy_01, thanks for reaching out to us.

I've checked your website and it's been marked as malicious by security vendors. Reach out to your website admin team, for them to check over your website.

If you're still having issues once the content is showing as ok, please reach out to us again.

Thanks for your response. I checked internally, and the team confirmed that there is no issue on our end. The issue persists only when users are connected to the Vodafone UK network, and it works as expected on other networks.

Would you please have a look and also confirm who the "security vendors" you are referring to are and how can I get in touch with them to get this domain whitelisted.

Hi @Joy_01, thanks for getting back to me and for letting me know you've checked with your team.

I've raised a case so that our Network team can take a look. Your reference for this case is - INC000004947783. Once we have an update, we'll reply to this thread.

You can use this link here to check your website and to find out what security vendors have been marking it down as.

Hey @Joy_01 I hope you're doing well. We've had a reply back from the team now to advise that the site has been reclassified.

There may be a short delay before you have access to the page. Before trying to access it again, we suggest you clear your browser's cache memory. If you use Internet Explorer, click "Tools", "Internet Options" and "Delete files".
