Hi we work with a food delivery app and we suddenly have our domain blocked in vodafone network, we have checked for issues and all looks fine on the domain. Could you proceed to whitelist it?

Hey @kepido I hope you are doing well! I have checked this site and it is also blocked by other networks such as Virgin Media. This is usually an indicator that the site is compromised or contains potentially harmful malware. We would need you to have your site checked for viruses, malware or harmful content by your IT team before we would look to whitelist it.

We couldnt find any issues with all blacklist tools we tried like https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a162.212.131.143&run=toolpage there's some information in your systems wich can give us a direction of what is being detected?

All I can tell you @kepido is that the site is triggering the virus protection and firewall pages on both Vodafone and Virgin Media at least. I can email the team that handles the reclassification work and see what they advise but it may be a few days until we get a response as we are approaching the weekend. In the meantime could you please have your IT team check the site again and can you also find out if you have any customers on other networks that are unable to access the site.

Hi! We finally found the "bad files" yesterday and removed. We have send emails and filled some web security vendors websites to check and whitelist it again, Now, related to vodavone customers that are'nt reaching our domain, what can you do to improve this whitelisting?

Our domain was released and working but is being blocked again, we have cleaned everything ang getting now only 3 vendors tagging our domain as malicious instead of 12 we this thing started, we already sent contact messages to this remaining vendors, but still waiting for their action or responses, can you guys verify it again? We cannot be pending on it because we have apps wich depends of the domain working on your networks. Pls! Help!

We work specially in Spain and have now a lot of workers and restaurants wanting to cut our heads because our apps simply dont works to them in vodafone networks.
Please help! This will broke our business... 😖
