My wife and I live in a house in SW England with no 4G signal so are dependent on wifi calling. Both of our Sony phones on Vodafone have stopped working on wifi calling this afternoon. I went through all the obvious resets but to no avail, so called Vodafone. They are taking many similar calls so assume there is a problem with their equipment that is under investigation.

Hi @IanBa 👋 Apologies that you're experiencing issues affecting your Wi-Fi calling, we are currently investigating this, and are taking examples for our network team. If you are able to, please contact our social team on the following link, we will then take some more details which can be passed on to our network team for further investigation.

I am having the same issue, and it has been happening intermittently (and randomly) for 2 years or more since they discontinued SureSignal.
I can go outside of the house and the phone may get a whiff of a network signal. When I return indoors it does not reconnect to wifi calling (the other apps on the phone work perfectly and connect to the internet via wifi).
Prior to today, if I noticed the issue (which is only apparent when I try to make a call indoors) turning off/on wifi, or sometimes needing to turn off/on he handset, would make the phone reconnect to wifi calling, but today nothing works and just get "Not connected to network" when trying to make a call.
Have tried SIM in another phone with same result.

We are having the same problem. No change today...still no wifi calling signal at all.

It now appears to be fixed.
Maybe Vodafone can explain why when so many people report an issue, they still follow their training of "blame the customer"? Being told to turn your phone off and on when Vodafone have broken it themselves is so frustrating.
Also, as an S23 Ultra owner, The default answer would be "we don't support it on that handset".
How about giving us a proper explanation as to what happened with wifi calling? How did it break and why did it take two days to fix it?

Hi Guys
I am experiencing the same issue
I was with O2 with my work phone and WiFi calling was great as I have poor phone signal where I am in Kent
I left the company I worked for and changed to Vodafone on a business tarrif
The sales person in the shop confirmed I could operate on WiFi calling with Vodafone
Since being with Vodafone, it has never worked and assumed it was my iPhone 8 plus messing about
This weekend I finally pushed the boat out and bought an iPhone 14 plus....... but it is the same as the 8, calls keep dropping out due to poor signal
Obviously this clarifies it is a Vodafone issue
I have seen other threads detailing Vodafone need to "Turn This On" for me.... is that correct?
Any advice would be appreciated as it is a real pain trying to make work calls and keep getting cut off 😒
Thanks 👍
Andy
