Hi we work with a food delivery app and we suddenly have our domain blocked in vodafone network, we have checked for issues and all looks fine on the domain. Could you proceed to whitelist it?

@kepido - I've had an update to advise it's now been reclassified. Please clear the browsers cache and cookies and allow upto 48 hours.

Hello! we still having problems!
Users getting https error, saying that the certicate of website is faulty (attached image),
People receiving this (attached image) sms after trying to access our website. This is a shame for us!
What is the solution for it?

As Gemma advised @kepido it can take up to 48 hours for the changes to take effect. If there is still an access issue after 5pm this evening, we can look to escalate this for you. In the meantime, please ensure cache and cookies are being cleared before trying to access the site.

Hi @kepido. Thank you for your patience. Our Support team have reviewed the URL in question and have confirmed that it's not being blocked by Secure Net, it's categorised as 'Restaurants'.
