Why is my site blocked by Content Control?

Please can you unblock us so our customers can use our website on their Vodafone data plans.

Is the site just restricted for customers using mobile data, or is the Vodafone broadband connection also affected? If possible, could you tell us what error your customers are facing? By having this information, we can get it sent to the correct teams.

Taking a look at the site, I would say it's correctly blocked, ignoring the fact that it seems illegal for any UK business to use you from a DPA/GDPR standpoint (Do I need to tell my customers that we’re using Pipe? Nope. as one example) your site is specifically aimed at business owners with (if I'm reading it right) a turnover of > $100k, which would generally be LTD companies or similar, where you have to be over 18 anyway and in my opinion falls into the gambling/investment category.
