I've checked the link you've provided and the reason behind Secure Net blocking access is because security vendors have flagged the website as malicious.
In order for us to unblock the site, you'd need to reach out to the technical team who work on the website you're trying to use, and advise them that it's been flagged as malicious.
Until any internal links or content within the website has been cleared of anything malicious, we wouldn't be able to unblock the site I'm afraid.
