Hi,
My website https://ce-tech.info/
Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)
It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.
I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on
Please can this be fixed

Has there been any improvement on getting our website www.supplementneeds.co.uk re-classified please?
We are fully compliant with Shopify and Google, so I'm very puzzled why SecureNet is punishing us??

Hi,
Its now been over a week since I raised this issue - 5 full business days is now more than sufficient to get a response.

I'm sorry it's taking longer than you'd like. We don't have any official timescale like we would for other processes. We have chased it on the 24th.

Hi there,
My site is also being blocked https://zoeballz.tv/ . Apparently you want people to be over 18. Because I am Transgender ? Please could this block be lifted as most of the traffic to my site is regarding computer gaming. NOT porn. My site has NEVER had porn.
Most traffic goes to https://zoeballz.tv/wot/ which is a World of Tanks site.
Many thanks
Zoe

@zoeballz - thanks for messaging here about this. I'm sorry it's lead you to think that it's being blocked for that reason. That won't be the case. I've requested the site to be reviewed. This is logged under reference INC000004909747. One of us will post back here as soon as there's an update.
