Why is vodafone blocking my website?

Hi,

My website https://ce-tech.info/

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)

It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on 

Please can this be fixed

Thanks for dropping us a message. I've had a quick look on https://www.blocked.org.uk/check and can't see that Vodafone is blocking your site. Nonetheless, I've raised this to our team to look into further. The reference for this is INC000004995009 and as soon as we have an update, we'll pop you a message here.

I've checked your website and it seems that it's been marked down as malicious by security vendors. You can check this yourself by following this link here. You may need to speak with the security vendors or to your tech team that handle your website to see if they can remove anything that is malicious. 

Once done and it's cleared, we can raised a case for your website to be reclassified.

Hey Callum, thanks for this! I have spoken with our hosting and security providers and they have reassured me there are no malicious files on the website
Please could this now be reclassified?

Thanks for getting back to us @SamHarrisFitPro Your website is still flagging as malicious with some vendors on VirusTotal so you'll need to go back to your team to get the site cleaned fully to prevent any further issues. Nonetheless, I've raised a case to our Network team for reclassification. Just be aware that they may need to wait until the URL shows as clean. We'll pop you message as soon as we have an update.

Thanks Janey! I have contacted the security providers again on my end and they have reran checks on their ends again and they have confirmed there is no phishing or malicious content/files
