can you use voxi on london underground

I googled the question “Can you use voxi on London underground” and  google gave me this… “according to Voxi support on twitter the answer is yes” (2020)

is this still the case?

Looking at this support page @Graham64 > Voxi > Can-I-get-WiFi-on-the-London-underground. 

It says " We don't offer WiFi on the London Underground, however 4G is available on the Jubilee Line between North Greenwich and Westminster. "

Vodafone UK say this in their News Centre > > https://www.vodafone.co.uk/newscentre/news/london-tube-trains-and-stations-to-get-4g-by-2024.
