Changing NAT settings.

Ok, I'm having big problems trying to change my Nat type on my ps3 console from strict to open. 

It's been a pain been trying for a few weeks now to change it.. didnt know until now about this Vodafone page..

Please help!

@OwenG Are you using Mobile Broadband or Home Broadband when trying to change your NAT settings?
