I work for a York-based charity, and we recently made a successful Charities Connected application. The SIM cards were due to arrive at the end of October, but haven't yet – does anyone know who I should contact regarding this? I’ve had no response via the original application email address.

As your application was successful Vodafone would have been in touch with the information. As you can see here: Charities Connected the SIM's would be sent the following month.
