Complaint against store manager - Bolton town centre

I attended your store in Bolton town centre and was absolutely disgusted with the way the store manager spoke to his advisors. Absolutely no respect for his staff. Did not care about the customers in his store. One young lad he totally humiliated in front of me. I felt so uncomfortable and walked out of the store. Why should I give my hard earned cash to your company if you allow managers to speak to his subordinates in that way. Maybe I should raise this further. You're as bad as Sports Direct and look at all the bad publicity they've had recently. Maybe you should speak to your staff and got their take on the work ethic of your management teams and the respect they give them in your stores!
