Hi guys,

  • I'm.not sure how to leave positive feedback so thought I would post on here in the hope that it reaches the correct place. In the.modern world it seems people are very quick to complain but rarely show appreciation for people that go the extra mile and just do a really good job. My positive experience.today is with Gary win and he is.an.absolute credit to Vodafone. I.spoke with garry initially regarding Changing my plan. Gary was very knowledgable and advised I could do as requested. I needed to change my phone initially back to pay as you go and within 2/24 hours I could then upgrade to a new pay monthly plan. Gary advised that he would keep.an eye out and call.me back later the same.day to arrange an upgrade if the system had updated in time, if not I was advised to call back the next day. In my experience whem somebody advises they will.keep an eye out and call you back.it rarely happens, in this case gary called back and dealt with my new plan efficiently. I am a business owner and come across many types of transactions on a weekly basis.  In my experience very rarely do you come across such a knowledgable, friendly, competent person that does what they say they will do. Gary is an absolute credit, I.hope this information is passed on and gary receives the credit/ bonus/promotion that clearly deserves. Vodafone please look after and provide the right opportunities for gary to progress if he wishes to as he is a model employee. Well.done Gary.
