How can I know if my mobiles are hacked?

Dear All,

I got Huawei P Smart and iPhone 11.

I am feeling that both of my mobiles are still been hacked, as some information inside both phones is been leaked to friends and family without my knowledge and consent.

Could anyone help me by guiding me on what should I do and I will be appreciated?

If a phone has been hacked then it's typically a result of a person gaining access to the phone in the first instance.
