How do i stop getting e-mails from eForum help?

I asked a question on this and since then i keep receiving e-mails from the eForum even though it's not in response to my original question. How can i stop this please?

Hi here

You need to unsubscribe from the original thread by using the message options box to the top right of the original message.  You can then go to your profile and modify your subscription settings from there so you can decide in future how you are going to be notified.
