Hi, the last week I am unable to access Very Me Rewards via the app. It just says browser out of date, but it's not. Is there an outage or something?

Hey @Stevelath I hope you're well. We're not aware of any issues with the My Vodafone App that would be impacting your VeryMe access. So we can get this looked into and raised to the My Vodafone team, please reach out to the Social Media Team here.

Happening to me too, so there definitely is an issue.
I've contacted the social media team and am in conversation with them now.
I've been a mobile customer since last year and had no problems with the Rewards tab on the app, now having taken Full Fibre broadband and becoming a "together" customer I am having the exact same issue as the OP with the "browser out of date" message.
Husband is an IT Technician, we are 100% sure our browser is NOT out of date - have also changed the default browser on the mobile as well to no avail.
App is installed on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, so phone not out of date either.

Just to say I fixed this - I had to manually delete the cache and data from the app in the phone settings as every time I reset it it just kept giving me the error.
I then manually uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and all was well - looks like a recent update has borked this for some.

Having just given every private detail to a vodafone call centre (except my shoe size!), I hung up out of the frustration of not getting any help at all, I found this forum. I uninstalled the Vodafone app and reinstalled it and I now have access to very me rewards and my free costa coffee!!! Warning...it's not easy to log in when you've forgotten your password and need to reset. You will also be sent a code via text which took nearly 5 mins to arrive. Good luck!!
