I've noticed there is a default on my credit report from a Vodaphone contract I was under the impression was cancelled and paid.
Having cancelled the contract it appears there was then another payment attempted to be taken which in turn didn't happen.
I did not know about this until a debt collection company contacted me to advise I owed the money which I paid there and then.
Unfortunately I have since moved house and if Vodaphone did try and contact me they would have sent any correspondence to my old address.
Can anyone help me with regards who I should speak to, to try and get this matter resolved.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can look at this for you to see if this was warranted or not @teamiphillips
