Page Not Found - Error in forum URL

When you're in the forum part of Vodafones website and you try to access My Vodafone by clicking on the menu bar top right hand page, it takes you to an error page saying page not found please check URL for typos.  Vodafone can you fix this please? This is the URL in question that brings up the error page - https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/my-vodafone/index.htm

The Vodafone websites and IT systems are riddled with errors in my opinion. Both desktop and mobile view. 

Mobile view: the Vodafone Homepage produces a 404 page not found.

Trying to log on to MyVodafone website get an unexpected error message...try again later!

Desktop : I could not complete my BB order...stuck on DD setup verification steps. Actually tried on my phone and worked!

Been a shambolic experience so far to be quite frank.

I realised this, after trying to log in to the community forums, with the 'my vodafone account', which wasnt recognised.
Ahhh, i then realised that youve got to have 2 online accounts, one for your billing and one for the forums.
