Why is it, that when I phone Vodafone Customer Services (from a landline), I have to enter my mobile number up to 3 times, and then when I do eventually get through to someone, the first thing that *they* want is my mobile number as well?
I'm used to having to give it once to an automated system and once to a real person - but really, when you've heard "OK, to get started, please enter your mobile number" three times on the same call, it's laughable!

I called customer services recently and it states "we can see the mobile number your calling from but please enter it again" Ummmmmmm

We're currently in the process of updating our systems and once this has been completed it will all be synchronised.
