Hi @samuelmelake. You can request proof of barring/blacklisting by completing our 'Get proof for your Vodafone device' form online. It's important to note that your device must be blacklisted before the form is submitted. If it isn't, your request for proof will be rejected.
If you're unsure if your device has been blacklisted, or you haven't made the request yet, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
