Interesting to see Vodafone launching an artifical intelligence customer service messaging robot. I've had mixed experiences with bots in the past but have known them to work well with certain questions. It does need to be able to pass off to a human when needed though (as shown in the below image)
Anyone got any experience or thoughts on interacting with chat robots?

Some bots are ok if you keep to the questions they know about. As soon as you go off topic they get confused.
Yes - it was interesting to read about TOBi.
Has anyone seen it in action and how can I try it?
