I ordered through VeryMe rewards nearly 2 weeks ago. In the confirmation email, it said it would take 5 working days to be dispatched and an email would be sent then. I have still not received the dispatch email and the item has not arrived yet. I know the current situation makes everything difficult, but I would really like an update, please?

Your correct that these unprecedented times are causing delays across the board but it is reasonable to be advised what's happening too.
Can you check in your email spam folders if you haven't already.
