At the moment Rip off Britain on BBC1 are dealing with incorrect billing by Vodafone

Good. They should also investigate why, despite buying two £25 vouchers and trying to buy two 15gb data-bundles for a broadband dongle in the past two weeks I HAVE NO DATA!!!!

That sounds like a technical issue.  Have you spoken to customer service about it?
