Vodaphone roaming doesn't work in Europe

This is a warning for those planning to travel Europe, Vodaphone roaming has not worked in a single country here.

Their service people will try blame your sim or phone.

I've switched both and tried their every recommendation it does not work.

I've had no issues roaming in Europe with Vodafone.

Worked fine in Denmark for me a week ago.

Do you have your Spend Manager set to £0 by any chance?
That caught me out the first time I travelled after it was introduced. I had roaming enabled on my phone and account but since Vodafone weren't able to add the daily roaming charge to my account all services were blocked. It might be worth checking if you haven't already 🙂

That’s frustrating! Roaming issues like this can be a headache. Have you considered using a local SIM or another international roaming option? They can sometimes offer more reliable service in Europe. Hopefully, Vodafone fixes the issue soon, but in the meantime, alternatives could help avoid further hassle!

Something else I have found is turning off automatic network selection in my phone settings then using a manual search and try different networks on the list.
