Hi,
People sell their Unwanted Upgrades all the time.
Are you saying a Vodafone Employee walked into a shop and sold three sealed iPhones ?

As the OP stated that the man that served them in the Vodafone store was the seller obviously he was a Vodafone employee. :smileyfrustrated:
Unless of course Vodafone are grabbing "Joe Public" off the streets to help out in the stores.

Can you please let us know which Vodafone store you visited?
What was the other phone store you visited that the handsets were sold to?
We'll make sure this gets followed up.

If he was selling Vodafone stock then that would not be permitted.
Maybe you should go back to the shop and ask him how he was able to sell new sealed units? There may be an innocent explanation and then maybe not.

If the Op is concerned then approaching the actual employee is not probably a good idea as confrontation can cause various issues
They should approach the shop manager or inform Vodafone Customer Services.

Personally I would prefer to have a quiet word with the employee rather than speaking to the manager and suggesting some sort of illegal transaction by the employee, for all we know the seller in question may have been the manager..
I don't see that speaking to someone in a shop is likely to lead to a confrontation if it is done discreetly.
