Why am I unable to download the Vodafone app on my Lumia Windows 550 phone

Hi @Aineeire

As far as I can see the application is not available for Windows phones.  You will need an iphone, Android or Blackberry.

You don't mention if you are PAYG or pay monthly.  

If you are PAYG, you can keep track of your remaining balance by calling 2345 or through your account.

For pay monthly, call 44555 or check your online account.
