NO Mobile Data Samsung watch4

Hi there, 

 

I just purchased a new phone and also a galaxy 4 watch.

 

I have set everything up, the watch shows 4g, it says vodafone uk, and the esim appears to be activated in my subscription account details.

 

The watch however is not working on 4g and i cannot send txts, use Google maps or download apps.

 

I was advised on the online chat its because my number is due to port but i do not believe this is the issue as the data is working on the mobile absolutely fine. 

 

Can someone look into this properly please and contact me back.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams can certainly check your account but unfortunately not from your post here as there is no account access via this forum @Davidjpe1 

Conta t them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries or please do persevere via phone or Live Chat.
