Before i moved to my new house, my dad has received a phonecall or something that says there will be a person(probably engineer) coming to our new house to fix and connect the openreach box on 19th of December or close to it. We were still living at the old house so we'll have to send someone to the new house to let the person in on the day. But the day before the planned date, we received a call saying that the person had already been there and there was noone home and we'll have to wait until the 13th January for someone to comeback. Is 13th really the fastest date?

Hey @Hei I am sorry to hear that your broadband installation has had to be rescheduled. The engineer appointments are assigned for the earliest available date. I appreciate that this is frustrating but we will have you connected as soon as possible.

Hi just a little update, the date had been pushed back once again to 31st of January. I don't really understand what is happening now...
