I closed my Vodafone broadband account on 3 Sep and the final refund was made by Vodafone on 21 Sep. However, Vodafone is still reporting the account as active to the credit reference agencies. I have spoken with Customer Services about this at length and they didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. There must be a department at Vodafone that deals with reporting to the credit reference agencies that I can speak to about this. Please reach out and I can confirm account details etc.
