Recently got Vodafone pro2 fibre wifi. Everything works fine apart from my Ring doorbell. It worked without issue using my previous broadband. However it just keeps dropping offline (despite a very strong wifi signal). I’ve got the compatibility mode switched on and yet for no reason the doorbell drops. I then switch the compatibility off and back on and on the majority of cases the doorbell reconnects but then a few hours later it drops. My ring camera and ring chime work without any issue!
any ideas?

Hi did you even find a solution? I’m having to reboot my network every other day to get my ring devices to reconnect. It’s terrible and Vodafone are not interested in helping when chatting to customer support.

Hi…. Agree Vodafone were no help, however I found that by using the guest network (mentioned in one of the links above) it solved the problem. Hope it works for you
