After trying to contact vodaphone for months now I’m still waiting, it’s been 16 weeks since a manager was going to call me back , still waiting. Vodafone blocked my account for reasons only known to themselves six months ago , I have spent untold hours and hours trying to sort this out frankly I’m finished with the exceptionally poor service and lies from them, they have tried more than once to take over £250 from my bank account again for reasons only known to them, then denied it when I have the proof. Now when I can talk to someone online they say that I have no account whatsoever, I can’t pay my bill or check anything because they can’t find an account for me , it doesn’t exist, They want to charge me for late payments and for sending a counterfoil to pay at the bank or post office yet the bank and post office will not accept it , To be honest this is just the tip of the iceberg there’s so much more . Worst company I have ever dealt with roll on when they cut me off absolutely the worst customer service, please if you are thinking of joining vodaphone please think twice as they are quick enough to try and steal your money but will never ever sort problems or even take complaints in anyway shape or form, complaining online does absolutely nothing, out of 10 I would give them a minus of 10 .Rubbish.
