Amazon Voucher

Although I received a £25 voucher code for a fairly recent referral , the person referred didn't receive their £25 code by e-mail, or if they did, deleted it without knowing what it was.

However, they had a chat yesterday with Tobi and the agent eventually sent a Google Pay code, which seems pretty generic. 

All they seem to be able to do, is add it as a Gift Card from Vodafone.

How is that used in context with any purchases they might make using Google Pay?

Hey @round2it, if there's a monetary value to the gift card, this will be used against any purchases your friend makes until it's exhausted and reaches £0. If it's not showing a value or there's a problem registering the voucher, ask your friend to pop us a message via one of our social channels and we'll be happy to look into this for them.
