Blink Sync 2 Cameras not working with Vodafone

Since moving from BT to Vodafone my Blink Sync 2 module will not connect to the Vodafone broadband. It keeps saying password incorrect. I have typed the password multiple times, changed it, setup a guest account, had the router replaced by Vodafone and still I get the same issue. It was all working fine until Vodafone took over my broadband. Iv read online about 2.4GHz requirements and Vodafone insist the current router provides both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. Can anybody help me please? Thank you

Hey @GeorgioF, Please can you get in touch with our Home Broadband team, so they can help get the Blink devices connected to your wifi via - webchat or 0333 3040 191.

I have raised an issue with your team. Waiting for further help.

You're connecting to a new router, did you reset the network settings on the module and setup from scratch? Often just changing the ssid and password isn't enough.

Thank you. Yes, I deleted everything and reset the both devices, no luck unfortunately.

Thanks for letting us know @GeorgioF

Hi. I also have the same issue. Have you managed to fix your issue ?

Have you gone onto the vodafone app and split the signal. It's supposed to then be compatible with old devices

I've tried everything. If I use my old Vodafone router it works but the new pro with extenders it doesn't.
