Since moving from BT to Vodafone my Blink Sync 2 module will not connect to the Vodafone broadband. It keeps saying password incorrect. I have typed the password multiple times, changed it, setup a guest account, had the router replaced by Vodafone and still I get the same issue. It was all working fine until Vodafone took over my broadband. Iv read online about 2.4GHz requirements and Vodafone insist the current router provides both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. Can anybody help me please? Thank you

Might as well sell all my blink stuff and get different cameras

Hi Georgio
I have had the same problem. The way to resolve this, is as follows: 1.unplug sync module from power. 2. Whilst unplugged, press reset button on the side of the module for 5 seconds. 3. Keeping the reset button depressed, plug the sync module back in. Once the red light appears, release reset button. This will then update firmware.
Cheers

I thought you have to download the firmware to a USB stick then plug it in to update the firmware?

No mate. I contacted Blink today, after days of trying to resolve it myself.
Once the firmware updates. Just add the wi if as you normally would.
This gets rid of the "incorrect password" message.
