I try to the online broadband offer with voucher for days now, but at the checkout it always goes wrong ... what's going on? ...that seems to me pretty poor!!

Exactly the same issue here yesterday (25 Aug 2022) when trying to complete order advertised from Uswitch offering a £120 Amazon voucher through Giftcloud.
Followed link from email, confirmed post code and address, Superfast 2 package, then try to go through the next step after reviewing my order and bam! "Something went wrong".
VF Support offered no help, said contact USwitch and Giftcloud.
Giftcloud anf Uswitch have so far not been helpful and suggested it was a VF issue.
So have now gone full circle and logged a case with VF.
Offer expired last night at midnight so I completed my order over the phone.
Will wait and see if anything comes back from either VF, USwitch or Giftcloud.

You are unlikely to get the Voucher if you signed up online, it relies on internet tracking of the order to prove completion. (AFAIK)
