Signed for essentials broadband on Saturday 3rd December and still waiting on callback. I wouldn't normally lower my self esteem enough as use anything that I can get on benefit but I'm skint at the minute.
I'm also out of contract now so my monthly bill is no longer the carrot dangling £20 which it was when I first signed up. It gone up to £31 a month now which comes out at the start of the month. At £31 a month I'd have been as well staying with BT. thanks

There have been other posts on here stating that the essentials team are very busy and can take a while to respond.
However, as you are not in contract you could go to another supplier.
Perhaps try the social media team and see if they can check if your request has been received.
