Really poor service for a business user.

Last month we lost our static ip address that we were given 7 years ago.

after 1 month we eventually got the ip address back.

last week we lost all connectivity to our business premises due to an issue with an external ip address conflict.

we haven been given a whopping £8 per day compensation.

none of our customers can access their details on our systems, we are unable to remote into any sites as we are required to use a single static ip address.

Please can someone from THE UK please contact me regarding this matter.

I am sick of speaking to the tech support idiots you have abroad who have no clue what they are doing.

This is really a consumer-to-consumer help forum so you are not going to get the kind of support that your business needs here.

Moving forward, have you considered having your customers access the site using a domain name rather than an IP address, or even remote hosting?  As a business, it sounds like you need more resilience, fall-back, and robustness than your current package is providing!

@awsecuritygb  While I can understand your frustration, but popping in here and launching your toys into low-earth orbit is not going to get you very far.

Using the following link, scroll down until you reach "How can I contact Vodafone UK customer services?".

https://www.vodafone.co.uk/newscentre/smart-living/everything-you-need-to-know-about/how-to-contact-...

this puts me through to cairo in egypt.

i have been on to vodafone every day for the past month.

Customer support are in Egypt, Vodafone can't afford to pay British staff.

you'd think with the amount of uk customers they have they would be able to?
