Can not longer edit guest WIFI setting after downgrade from pro

Due to price hikes I have downgraded fro 900 pro to the 500mbs package. I'm happy with speeds but I can no longer create or edit guest wifi in the app. I can only turn the existing guest wifi on or off. Is this because I no longer have the Pro package?

Far more likely the app has been updated, and has lost functionality. There have been many complaints on here, but yours is the first to mention the guest Wi-Fi.

Which router do you have, and are you able to do what you want via the firmware interface?

How do you enter the firmware interface? Is it just typing the IP address into a browser?

@henlowstu Yes, usually 192.168.1.1 unless you have changed it.
