Can we improve support?

One thing this forum has proved is that getting support from Vodafone is a nightmare.

The forum itself is a good avenue for support from other users but the difficulty of getting your identity verified, especially if you try to use social media, is a pain.

 

So my question is

"Why cant we have a messaging service built into our Vodafone accounts, accessed through "My Vodafone"?

Just adding to this, is Tobi now completely dead, or just brain dead as previously?

 

With Tobi gone, and web chat not working, it seems that VF is pulling back on support further and further!

This is what they said about Tobi, back in 2017, what the ##~## have they been doing since then.

Edit: I realized they replace "rude" words automatically, so I can type just what I want without having my posts "quarantined" and being reminded of the "Community Guidelines"

No he is still there, but just as useless as ever. How to get in touch with Vodafone

But for some reason I have to use a different browser to the one the forum software is using, otherwise I just get the spinning design.

Every ISP I have had an account with, excepting VF, has had a secure message mechanism and a way to register a help-desk ticket yourself.

That raises another question, why do we have to go via Tobi for live chat? And if we do, why not give an obvious way to bypass him on that page for people who don't realise you just have to tell him to "##~## off".(It took a long time and much frustration before I realised that)
