Hello,
A technician came to my home weeks ago to install FFTH. He finished the installation using a route for the cable that we didn't want and he left the property before my partner was able to say anything.
Since then, I have been contacting Vodafone and CityFibre in order to change the installation and I have not been successful. As the connection is working fine, Vodafone does not want to do anything at all. I have contacted CityFibre directly telling them the option to hire them privately but they tell me its Vodafone who has to open them a ticket. I have been stuck in this situation for days.
Has anyone been in this situation and knows a solution? The only ones I can think are to finish the contract (I am still in the cooling-off period) or change the installation myself (not sure if this is possible/accepted).

@Raul - Usually we can only look at arranging this to be moved if there's a fault or it's causing a hazard. With you mentioning it's only just been installed, we can double check if this is something that can be arranged through us, with our Easy Switch team for you.
So that we can do this, please come and talk to us through Social Media.

Hi Gemma,
I already contacted Vodafone through Twitter and phone and I got no solution. On Twitter Vodafone told me that the cable won't be changed as it is not dangerous. On the phone, Vodafone told me to contact CityFibre and arrange the change between us, and it is the story I explained here. Vodafone is not offering me any solution.

@Raul - from what you’ve advised it sounds like we’ve already checked this and it’s not able to be moved. I’m sorry this isn’t the resolution you’re looking for.
