Hi All 🙂
Have been with Vodafone mobile for a while & recently (08.09.2022) swapped to their broadband too - still not sure this was a good idea 😞
My problem is... I was sent a code to get my 'free' Amazon Tech Pack, but when I tried it, it didn't work or rather Amazon were charging me for the pack. When read further down in text from Vodafone I discovered that it expired 17 Jul 2022! I hadn't even been with Vodafone broadband then & the text arrived 27 September 2022. Not happy. Have tried to get through - for over a week now - to Vodafone by phone & the line is ALWAYS busy. Waited over an hour on one occasion.
Tried the chatbot thing = useless.
Is there another way to contact Vodafone?

Yes, Tobi is useless, but it will put you through to a human, if you ask.

Thanks for your reply to my query (rant!)... got through to a human via chatbot & after much faffing about have resolved the issue - kit due on Sunday15.10.2022 🙂
This issue had become one of those things that was a matter of principle to solve 😄
