I had an installation date booked for back in August, the engineers came, never installed the broadband and i have been in "support limbo" for the last 4 months with a final connection date of the 16th (not holding my breath)
The vodafone website states:
If we don’t activate your service when we said we would (including the day it should have gone live)
when i re booked my order over the phone my original order had to be cancelled for a new date to be put in on a new order. could i claim that compensation on my original order after going 4 months without internet and countless failed installations, it would be well over £600 in compensation if so.
