Connection Issue since Yesterday // got 50% off

Internet went down Saturday Eve. Its still down Sunday morning. Called them to check in, complained about not being able to use it for the whole weekend. Got 10 Bucks of my 19,99 Bill for the next month. Everyone should do this, maybe they start kicking their technicians asses if its cost heavy to not do it.

I hope the discount goes hand in hand with them getting the issue fixed!  I doubt there is a regular on these forums who is/was paying the full contract price.  I'd encourage everyone though to keep an eye open for the special discounts that VF broadband offers on some occasions.  BT via EE can't offer anything close to the mobile package I still have with VF!
