Free Amazon Tech Pack

I signed up for Broadband in the summer with the Free Amazon Tech Pack offer , my broadband went live early September , and I've had no emails or texts abut the free gifts since.  I had a chat session with an agent who said the promotion was not offered by Vodafone , but a 3rd party and I should chase them !!  I suspect I'm being given the run around....

The majority of these promotions are a third party thing…

…unless you signed up directly with Vodafone (as opposed to one of the many 'Compare the Broadband UswitchGenie' type of companies) you will need to pursue the promoter.

There are any number of threads discussing the non or late fulfilment of the manifold 'Sign up now and  get a SuperXYZ free - terms and conditions apply' offers.
