Hi,
I have several devices hardwired via an 8 port managed switch connected to my Vodafone router. I have had no issues with this for years and now all of a sudden several devices on the switch show up as not connected despite being hardwired. I have moved the ethernet cables around and some devices are working fine so the switch doesn't appear to be the issue. I have tried plugging the same cables directly into a spare port on the router and I get the same issue "No Ethernet connection" on the device. The Wi-Fi works fine and I can connect some of the devices to the Wi-Fi. I used the Vodafone diagnostic tool which stated there was an error and to find out more I needed to chat to Vodafone but then the chat feature wasn't working on the site. Has anybody had a similar issue and a resolution to the problem?
