Hi all,
I came across to Vodafone roughly a year ago and i've been having issues ever since I made the change. I'm a gamer and I often download games via Steam & Battle.NET. I've found that since i've switched from BT, the Battle.NET client is acting very weird - often not allowing me to update my games or even open the client entirely.
I have found that by using a VPN, I am able to open Battle.NET and update my games without issue - which has made me think... is Vodafone blocking certain connections? I have turned off my firewall on my computer, tried splitting IPv4 & IPv6 using Compatibility mode however nothing seems to work aside from using a VPN.
I have also found Vodafone to be blocking streaming sites - however as soon as I turn on my VPN, i'm able to stream.
Does anyone have any solutions for me? I have spoken to Vodafone Customer Support via the Live Chat and they seem to think the issue is on my end however I do not believe this to be the case. Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions 🙂

@Kenwyn94 The VF load balancing could be the problem for some of what you see. Also if you are still using the VF DNS settings then manually set the two DNS numbers to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.4.4 which are Cloudflare and Google respectively.

If you are running/subscribed to Secure Net, try deactivating and completely unsubscribing your email from it... I was having the same issues last year, not just with Battle.net (son uses it for online games) but I was also having problems with other services like Microsoft Store and random devices all over my home network being 'blocked'... like Sky Q boxes, etc. despite multiple reboots, troubleshooting steps, etc. As soon as I deactivated and unsubscribed from Secure Net, everything started working normally.
Reading through the forums, it would seem others have had similar issues with Secure Net enabled. Note you have to completely unsubscribe from the service... just switching it off in the app won't work.
