Choose another ISP then, assuming that you are not currently tied in to a contract with Vodafone.

If Vodafone invited you out to a restaurant:  They'd fail to show, or even call, and the service would slow down unexpectedly. Finally, they'd leave you to pay the entire bill!

They would also take you to a restaurant in London, but make you travel there via Leeds.
