Missing Payment on credit file

I had missing payment due to miss communication which I had already cleared and I want help to wipe off missing payment remarks from my credit file

The only way to go about this is to speak with the Vodafone Social Media Teams as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Teams @sehbaz 

However they'll only remove if this wasn't warranted.
