Mobile contract - broadband discount

Hi guys,

Although my Mother is the current broadband/landline bill payer, I have a contract sim with Vodafone - registered at the same address etc. Is there any way of becoming eligible for the £3 per month broadband discount in this scenario?

You need to have the accounts linked (they'll still have their own account/service numbers).  It's usually easiest if you apply for one service while you have the other.  If you try to get a CS rep to sort it for you, there is the possibility they can mess up BOTH accounts!  Actually visiting a shop may work though!

Thanks! I will call in to town tomorrow then and go instore. And it won't result in a new contract?

From the online account portal I've got "Partial administration permissions" - the highest level apart from Full that you can have on the account, so that should help.
