Would appreciate a response from VF here.
I have read that, if you move home and you supply the new address, then it's a seemless move and the contract continues it's term. Yet in your T&Cs it says you 'may' be subject to a new contract? How would that be fair?
I want to move to VF on a long term contract (I dont want an expensive rolling contract) but I also know I will be moving during the term. I even read on this forum that someone didnt get charged a cancellation fee when it was verified that VF couldnt supply their new address.
Please clarify these points.

Hey @jimmybond008. I'm unable to advise on why you may need to be put into a new contract. The best thing to do would be to speak with our Broadband team directly to get the answers you're looking for. They'll know the reasonings behind it.
You can call them on 0333 304 0191 or you can chat to them here.

Well I did ask them. And guess what!? They had no idea that that clause existed and promised me that a new contract was not needed. Thats obviously not good enough as any operator during the term can simply decide to rely on the contract:. So I’ll need to go elsewhere unfortunately as there’s no way I will be forced to renew just because I’m moving.
